  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, our team will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
